Account Verification

Before processing your first withdrawal, we require full KYC verification. Our CapyCas login system allows you to upload documents directly through the Verification section of your account. We ask for:

• A government ID card, passport or driving licence, together with a selfie
• A recent bank statement or utility bill dated within 90 days for address verification
• A screenshot or photo of the payment account used for your deposit

We may also request source of funds statements, additional documents or phone verification. If documents are not in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, we may require video verification. Refusing to provide documents, or any inconsistency between your documents and reality, allows us to close your account and confiscate funds. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Our minimum deposit is 20 EUR / GBP across every method, including cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Tether. We accept deposits only from payment methods registered in your own name; third-party payments are never accepted, and winnings from such deposits will be confiscated while the deposit itself is returned to the account owner.

Withdrawal limits scale with your lifetime deposits, starting at 3,000 EUR / GBP per week and 15,000 per month, rising progressively up to 20,000 per week and 120,000 per month for high-volume players. Monthly limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Progressive jackpot wins are always paid in full, regardless of these limits.

We require any deposit to be wagered at least once before the associated funds can be withdrawn. Where several deposits were made without play, the combined total must be wagered. If we suspect money laundering, this requirement rises to three times the deposit amount. We may also charge processing costs for deposits and withdrawals where bets placed since the last deposit fall below three times that deposit.

Accounts inactive for 90 days without a deposit, bet or withdrawal are considered dormant and may be terminated, with any remaining balance withheld by us.

Bonuses and Promotions

Our CapyCas casino bonus offers include the Welcome Package of up to 15,000 EUR / GBP plus 375 free spins across your first three deposits, each requiring a minimum deposit of 20 EUR / GBP. Standard wagering is x40 unless otherwise stated. An unclaimed bonus expires within 3 days, while a claimed bonus expires within 7 days.

All our bonuses, including every CapyCas casino no deposit bonus, are non-sticky: real money is played first, and bonus funds are forfeited once lost. Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are met voids both the bonus and any associated winnings.
